We were selling our property quite unexpectedly, and so the process was always going to be challenging. To make things even harder, we were coming off a big winter slump in sales, AND the back of a very shaky election result, which was resulting in a slow and under-confident buyers' market.

Stephen, however, was a dream agent. He was passionate about the property and achieving a great sales price from the get-go. He was always realistic with what we could expect from buyers, and never fudged the figures even when we had slow days with inspections. Considering all the above-mentioned factors, he was able to move the property for us VERY quickly, and worked meticulously with the buyers in a non-pushy, and friendly way. Whilst the sale price was ever so slightly below what we were after, the final buyer was a dream – pre-approved and ready to close – so settlement was quick and free from drama.

He was always looking for opportunities to leverage his list of potential investors in our favour, and his marketing strategy was well-suited to an inner-city apartment sale. The photography and video package that we were recommended was without doubt worth the money, as it really set the tone for the kind of buyers we wanted to attract. Being in marketing myself, I get very fussy about presentation – but the end products were very high quality.

All in all, Stephen's approachable service, attention-to-detail, communication and marketing strategy made him well worth the extra investment in commission - he was EXCELLENT value for money. The process was hassle-free, and I felt quite calm throughout the whole sale. I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone who wants great quality service and a great sale outcome.
